Tripod makes your accuracy much better while crouching. Normally, accuracy is always increased while crouching, but with the Tripod it is increased more. It is best used with weapons that have long range but weak accuracy, for example Uzi or pretty much every Rifle (especially Crazy Badger and Iron Curtain, except the FAL OSW.
