Soldiers with Squanderer get -30% ammunition and health from pick-ups. If an Elite soldier with Energy Ammo has this flaw, it will be partially negated. Fatale, the unique elite has this combination. This flaw can also be countered for any class with the Resourceful utility upgrade.
