Quick Initiative

Quick Initiative is an Utility Upgrade.

The soldier respawns 2 seconds faster. It works same as the Drop Pod Equipment mod. It's effect is opposite of Slow Initiative Flaw.

Calamity can use this upgrade in her early slot.
