The P90 could be seen as an improvedVector. It has medium damage for an SMG, but a high Rate of Fire. Low accuracy poses a problem, but with 60 rounds of ammo, that shouldn't be too much of a difficulty.
Tips[]
If you want a little more punch than the Vector can provide, upgrade to the P90.
