With Optic Camouflage, enemies won't spot you until you get close to them. This has same effect as Silent utility upgrade, which is also used by Mayday. This Equipment is perfect for Ninjas, because this Equipment item combined with Chameleon trait makes it easier for the character to assassinate an enemy without being spotted.
