Muscle Memory is an Utility Upgrade.
Killstreaks aren't lost on death, but are earned 50% slower. At least, that is how it is supposed to work. This Upgrade is bugged in that Killstreaks are earned 50% slower, but they are still lost upon death. Because of this, it is never advised to use this Upgrade on anybody as it will simply harm them.
