Iron Grip is an Offensive Upgrade.
It is the upgrade version of Diazepam equipment. Accuracy is not reduced by firing. It has the best effect with Machine Gun weapons that fire fast but have low accuracy. There are big chances you experience that too, because Mercenary has more offensive upgrade slots.
