First Blood does not appear different from its non-custom version. The hilt cap, the handguard and the blade are all made of gold.

First Blood is the Golden Custom version of the Knife melee weapon. It has the fastest fire rate of all melee weapon and it has 30% more chance of doing critical hits.

The name of this weapon may be a reference to the name of the first Rambo movie, Rambo: First Blood.
First Blood was the name of a Light Machine Gun in SFH. It was also a knife in the second game,SFH2.
