Crouch Master is an Offensive Upgrade.
Accuracy is increased more when crouching. It has same effect as Tripod equipment item. If you combine those two, effect will be the same so it is not recommended to combine them. It is ineffective with most of custom sniper rifles, because they have perfect accuracy.
